Saying good bye has been a very difficult thing for us. The Saturday before we moved, Samantha said goodbye to her coworkers. In fact, Samantha was a bridesmaid at her friend Jess's wedding, and it was a fitting farewell as Jess will be moving on to bigger and better things herself. Sunday was difficult as we had to say goodbye to our church. We have been attending Brentwood Christian Church for a few years, and we will miss everyone there. On Monday, we said goodbye to much of our family including my parents and Samantha's cousins. On the day of the move, we had breakfast before we said our final goodbyes to Samantha's aunts and mom. While saying goodbye to Springfield hasn't been easy for me, it has been much more difficult for
Samantha. This move will mark the first time she has lived somewhere without her immediate family. While we look forward to our journey, we will always miss our friends and family.
